Do you own a car and want to earn some much needed cash to cover those bills? Then read on…
Uni Car Ads is a new company originating from Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2012. They offer students £30-£50 a month to have a non-permanent 20x20in advert placed on the bonnet of their car, with one more on each front door.
Operating nationwide, Uni Car Ads currently have campaigns underway in Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Coventry, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Durham. They are looking to expand in Cardiff, Loughborough, Exeter and numerous other cities from January.
Uni Car Ads is proving to be a great money earner for students who are using it to pay for their petrol, and in some cases meaning that they have sufficient income to avoid being required to balance a part-time job with their studies.
Students are not required to drive anywhere whilst they have their ads on, the value is where the car is located when parked. The company purposefully place ads on cars which are located on the highest student footfalls, enabling the ads to be seen by a greater quantity of people.
Clients to date include IKEA, Dominos, National Express, Scotland Police, and many other large and reputable companies, with campaigns generally lasting 1-2 months.
